This CC-Link remote I/O unit provides eight DC input channels and eight transistor sink-type output channels in a compact terminal block form factor. Inputs are 24 V DC with approximately 7 mA rated current and 10 ms typical response, configured as plus-common, 8 points per common. Outputs support 12/24 V DC loads with up to 0.5 A per point and 4 A per common, delivering 2 ms response and photocoupler isolation. The module occupies one CC-Link station and is designed for control panel installation, featuring robust electrical specifications including AC 500 V withstand voltage, zener surge suppression, and 10 MΩ or greater insulation resistance. Mechanical dimensions are 65 x 151.9 x 46 mm with a mass of 0.33 kg, and it operates from 0 to 55 °C with 10–90% RH non-condensing. It meets JIS B 3502 and IEC 61131-2 vibration and impact criteria and is suitable for elevations up to 2000 m, overvoltage category II, pollution degree 2.
