We can quote DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, air freight, or your nominated forwarder depending on destination, part value, weight, and urgency. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Shipping and payment options
UsedAutomations is quote-based. Every order confirms current availability, condition, payment method, lead time, shipping service, and trade terms on the written quote before you pay.
How ordering works
1. RFQ
Send model number, quantity, condition, and destination.
2. Quote
We confirm stock, photos, price, lead time, and terms.
3. Payment
Pay only after you accept the quote in writing.
4. Dispatch
We ship with tracking and packing details when available.
Lead time
In-stock surplus may ship within a few business days after payment clears. Hard-to-find, cross-border, or supplier-held stock can take longer. The quote states the expected lead time before you commit.
Packing
Packing photos can be provided for higher-value parts. Fragile displays and modules are packed with extra protection when needed.
Payment
Payment options may include PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), or agreed supplier terms. Available methods depend on order value, destination, and buyer history. We do not request payment outside the details on the accepted quote.
Import duties
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local compliance unless the quote explicitly states otherwise (for example DAP/DDP terms when offered).
Returns and cancellations
