This fusible plug-in unit is designed for Square D I-Line style I and II busway systems, providing a 100 A, 600 VAC, 3-phase connection with an integral ground bus for reliable distribution drops along a busway run. It features a 3-wire configuration with ground and an interrupting rating of 200 kA at 480 V, supporting demanding industrial environments. The unit accepts Class H, K, J, or R fuses and uses a plug-in electrical connection for fast installation and relocation as load requirements change. The enclosure is NEMA 1 and built on the FS frame. Typical dimensions are approximately 19 in L x 4-2/3 in W x 8-7/8 in H, suitable for standard I-Line busway clearances. Compatible with aluminum and copper I-Line busway, this unit enables switch-operated fusible isolation for machines and process equipment while minimizing voltage drop compared to long cable runs.
